1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Paintball Team-Up application or website (the "Service") operated by JoinUp LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@paintballteamup.com.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or advertising.
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. User-Generated Content

You may post content including profile information, game listings, team descriptions, and messages ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant JoinUp LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Paintball Team-Up is a platform for connecting paintball players. We do not operate, manage, or endorse any specific paintball venue, field, or event organised through the Service. Paintball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury.

You acknowledge that participation in paintball activities is at your own risk. JoinUp LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from activities organised through the Service. Always ensure you play at properly equipped, supervised facilities and wear appropriate safety gear.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and remain the exclusive property of JoinUp LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOINUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
